Hello,

One of the clients has paid me a partial amount and sent me a refund request which was just a misunderstanding, and closed the contract. Now, after the discussion, the client is ready to pay me the remaining amount, but he does not have the option to pay as the contract is closed. I, too, have only two options either accept a refund request, in which the money will be returned to the client or file a dispute with Upwork. But I didn't want to go with any of these options. So, please suggest to me any better alternative for it.

Note: Client doesn't have more money to hire, pay me again and then I can accept the refund request.
